For our head office in Nieuw\-Vennep, we are looking for an enthusiastic E\-commerce Intern to help elevate our online customer journey.

The head office, design and production office is located in Nieuw\-Vennep.

Internship

As an E\-commerce Intern, you will support the daily management and optimization of our webshop. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams and gain insight into all aspects of e\-commerce within a growing fashion brand. This is an all\-round internship where you will learn how an online fashion business operates behind the scenes and contribute directly to the customer experience and commercial success of the brand.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and optimizing product pages in Shopify

Writing and updating product information, specifications and fit details

Uploading new collections and products to the webshop

Supporting the planning and execution of webshop launches

Assisting with homepage updates and merchandising

Monitoring webshop content and identifying opportunities for improvement

Researching best practices and trends in fashion e\-commerce

Assisting with newsletter preparation and campaign execution

Supporting the creation and organization of product imagery and content

Helping with product data management, model information and collection administration

Supporting e\-commerce projects and daily webshop activities

Orders \& returns

Internship Requirements

HBO or WO student, preferably in E\-commerce, Marketing, Fashion Management, Commercial Economics or a related field

Affinity with fashion and online retail

Strong attention to detail

Hands\-on mentality and proactive attitude

Organized and able to work independently

Good communication skills

Basic knowledge of Shopify is a plus

Basic knowledge of Adobe programs is a plus

Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

Enjoy working in a small team
