The role

We're looking for a motivated E\-Commerce Executive to join our team and help us run and grow our marketplace presence. You'll be hands\-on with our product listings and the day\-to\-day operations that keep our channels running smoothly.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday (full time), plus 4 hours on a Saturday morning. The role is a fully in\-house position based at our offices in Park Royal, London.

What you'll be doing

  • Creating and optimising product listings on Amazon and eBay — including titles, descriptions, bullet points, and imagery — as well as across any additional marketplaces we sell on

  • Keeping listings accurate and up to date: prices, stock, content, and categorisation — including regular competitor research and market pricing analysis to ensure we stay competitive

  • Uploading and managing product images, ensuring they meet platform requirements and present our products in the best light

  • Supporting the day\-to\-day running of our e\-commerce operations, including ad hoc tasks that keep everything ticking along

  • Working across platforms and picking up new marketplaces as the business grows

What we're looking for
  • At least 1 year of hands\-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or eBay Seller Hub

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable using a range of tools to get the job done, including AI\-powered tools to improve efficiency and output quality

  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace

  • A willingness to learn and get stuck in

Bonus points for
  • Experience with other marketplaces (e.g. OnBuy, Mirakl, TikTok Shop, or similar)

  • Knowledge of Shopify and SEO
