We are looking for a dedicated intern in our E\-Commerce team, with specific activities in the monitoring and launch of new products, the creation of new pages, and promotional activities according to the commercial and marketing calendar. The role includes contributing to the updating of website content, product pages, and the catalogue, promptly ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and up\-to\-dateness of the information.

You will cooperate in different activities, including:

• Work closely with various teams, such as merchandising, marketing, and product management, to ensure the website reflects the latest product offerings and aligns with the overall objectives and strategies of the organization;


• Support the monitoring of sales performance and other key digital metrics, and respond accordingly daily to optimize product placement and increase conversion, leveraging emerging industry trends;


• Support the rest of the team in maximizing upselling/cross\-selling opportunities and search improvements;


• Work with creative direction and Merchandising guidelines to maintain brand image.

For this fundamental role in managing the E\-Commerce activities, we are ideally looking for a recent Master graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in *Business/Economics, Marketing* or *Management Engineering*.

You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work\-experience through internships or projects (in luxury sectors) that allow you to understand business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.

In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target\-oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in\-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. We require attention to the detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role. You are motivated to adapt to and learn from the company culture. It goes without saying that you relish a challenge.

The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint \& Outlook). Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus.

Fluent English is required.
