EBIN NEW YORK is seeking a creative, detail\-oriented and commercially minded E\-commerce Content Designer to drive the visual and copy presence of our growing Amazon and TikTok Shop operations across the UK and European markets.
This is a hands\-on, multi\-faceted role sitting within our core design team. You will own the crucial first impression of our products—leading product imagery, A\+ Content, short\-form video assets, and listing copy. Beyond design, you will receive full practical training to understand e\-commerce operations, listing optimization, and performance data, learning how creative decisions directly impact online sales.
Responsibilities
- Design \& Content Creation: Design high\-converting Amazon product imagery (main images, infographics, A\+ Content) and creative assets for TikTok Shop and social channels; adapt and localise visual assets provided by US head office.
- Copywriting \& Messaging: Write and refine clear, engaging product copy—including titles, bullet points, on\-image text, and ad campaign messaging.
- E\-commerce Operations (Training Provided): Support day\-to\-day operations on Amazon Seller Central and TikTok Shop, including product listings, stock tracking, and coordinating FBA/FBT dispatches with the warehouse team.
- Data \& Performance: Assist in reviewing performance metrics, tracking campaign results, and preparing weekly/monthly sales and marketing reports.
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
- Professional experience or educational background in Graphic Design (Portfolio required).
- Professional working proficiency in both English and Korean.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office programs, etc.).
- Strong willingness to learn e\-commerce operations, digital marketing, and data analytics.
- Valid authorization/ability to travel abroad for business if required.
- Ability to edit short\-form videos (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Experience with collaborative design tools (Figma, Canva).
- Personal or professional interest in the Beauty or Hair category.
- Prior experience using or managing Amazon Seller Central or TikTok Shop channels.
- Probation: 3\-month probation period paid at 100% standard rate.
- Annual Leave: 20 days annual leave \+ 8 paid bank holidays.
- Equipment \& Software: Full design setup, hardware, and software licences provided.
