Meivita is a fast\-growing ecommerce company specialising in health supplements and wellness products. The company operates primarily through TikTok Shop and digital ecommerce platforms, working closely with creators, affiliates, and commercial partners to drive online sales growth and brand expansion.
Due to continued business growth and the expansion of our creator partnership network, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the development of strategic creator collaborations, ecommerce partnerships, and commercial growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage partnerships with creators, affiliates, agencies, and ecommerce partners to support business growth.
- Identify and expand new commercial opportunities across TikTok Shop and digital ecommerce channels.
- Build and maintain long\-term relationships with key creators, affiliate partners, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate creator\-led promotional campaigns and affiliate partnership activities to support sales growth and customer acquisition.
- Analyse ecommerce performance data, campaign effectiveness, and market trends to identify commercial growth opportunities.
- Support the company’s ecommerce growth strategy through partnership development and sales channel expansion initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve online sales performance, brand exposure, and customer conversion.
- Monitor competitor activity, consumer trends, and developments within the digital commerce and creator economy sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development, ecommerce partnerships, digital commerce, account management, or related commercial roles.
- Previous experience working with TikTok Shop, ecommerce platforms, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or digital commerce operations is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of creator\-led ecommerce, affiliate partnership models, and digital sales growth strategies.
- Experience managing external partnerships, commercial collaborations, or online sales channels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyse performance data and identify business growth opportunities.
- Strong organisational and project coordination abilities.
- Fluent English communication skills required.
