We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive E\-commerce Assistant to maintain day\-to\-day operations across our online sales channels.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our product listings, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring order fulfillment runs smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have some hands\-on experience navigating Amazon Seller Central and utilising Linnworks to streamline multi\-channel inventory and order workflows.
Online responsibilities include:
- Channel Management: Maintain and optimise product listings on our online market places, including monitoring account health, managing buy box win rates, and resolving listing suppression issues.
- Multi\-Channel Coordination: Use Linnworks daily to manage inventory sync, process incoming orders, map new listings, and print shipping labels accurately.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels across multiple warehouses and channels to prevent stockouts or overselling, adjusting stock buffers within Linnworks as needed.
- Product Catalog Maintenance: Upload new product listings with accurate data, descriptions, and imagery, ensuring consistency across Amazon and other e\-commerce platforms.
- Order Troubleshooting: Coordinate with the warehouse to resolve order discrepancies, tracking errors, or delivery delays.
- Reporting: Assist in generating weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and Amazon seller metrics.
- Working with the graphic designer to create visually exciting content to maximise sales.
- Working with social media teams to maximise online exposure.
- Responding to customer service emails and answering occasional phone calls.
- General administrative tasks and customer/ sales data analysis.
\- Willingness to learn and driven to be successful.
\- Previous experience in online retail, office administration and customer service are a plus, but not strictly necessary.
\- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
\- Some experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word / Excel).
\- Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail.
Hours: Flexible, to be agreed.
