Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented E\-Commerce Assistant to support our online retail operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing product listings, optimising online content, and analysing performance metrics to enhance our digital presence. Duties
- Manage and update product listings across various e\-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on social media management, email marketing campaigns, and B2B outreach initiatives.
- Utilise Adobe Photoshop to create or edit visual content for online listings and promotional materials.
- Maintain and optimise website content using WordPress, ensuring user\-friendly navigation and engaging presentation.
- Analyse website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytical tools; prepare reports for management review.
- Assist in managing Google Ads campaigns to maximise reach and ROI.
- Support project management tasks related to product launches, promotional events, or website updates.
- Write compelling copy for product descriptions, blog posts, newsletters, and social media content.
- Collaborate with the sales team on B2B marketing strategies to expand business partnerships.
- Organise schedules, deadlines, and coordinate tasks efficiently using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and with external partners to meet organisational goals.
- Strong management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in SEO optimisation techniques and digital marketing tools including Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Experience with WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret data insights for strategic decision\-making.
- Exceptional copywriting abilities tailored for online audiences across various platforms.
- Knowledge of social media management tools and email marketing platforms.
- Understanding of B2B marketing strategies alongside general marketing principles.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- IT literacy with a focus on digital content creation, website management, and online advertising techniques.
- Strong time management skills ensuring timely delivery of tasks without compromising quality.
