E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Intern B2B

JOB OVERVIEW

Join us as an E\-Commerce and Digital Marketing Intern and help shape the future of Miele Professional’s digital appearance and contact with potential and existing customers. As part of the Miele Professional team at Miele X, the digital competence hub of the brand in Amsterdam, you’ll support the team and learn the ins and outs of Digital Marketing and E\-Commerce, such as Paid Search \& Social, SEO, Webshop Management and CRM.

As an E\-Commerce and Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll get hands\-on experience and actively contribute to both daytoday tasks and exciting projects. You’ll collaborate closely with different teams across the business, gaining real exposure to how digital channels operate in a professional B2B environment. You’ll work closely with central departments and our markets and get the chance to set up new, scalable and future\-proof structures for Miele Professional and its prospects and existing customers.

YOUR DAY\-TO\-DAY JOB

• Support with setting up promotions and creating content for the Miele Professional Webshop


• Set\-up general CRM\-journeys and local CRM\-campaigns revolving around the needs of B2B prospects and existing customers


• Briefing and coordination with our central Marketing and Communication team for the diverse B2B channels


• Support reporting activities e.g. monthly reporting, ad hoc deep dives, KPI tracking


• Close collaboration with our markets and IT in further developing the different online channels and making them more locally relevant


• Support in ongoing and new projects, esp. in system roll\-overs


• Coordinate team and visitor meetings, events and presentations e.g. location, catering, technical set\-up, content coordination

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Start beginning of September (01\.09\.2026 preferred) for the duration of 6 months


• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in an E\-Commerce, Marketing or a business\-related field


• Enrolled in a Dutch university over the whole duration of the internship


• Fluency in English; fluency in another European language is a plus


• Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)


• Proactive self\-starter with a strong “can\-do” mentality and hands\-on attitude


• Curious, eager to learn, take ownership and develop
