We are hiring a E\-Commerce Administrator to join our growing digital team

Overview
As a key operational member of the ecommerce function, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising our online product catalogue, managing content and promotional activity across our Magento platform, and supporting the wider team to deliver outstanding customer shopping experience. You will work closely with buying, merchandising, marketing, and our third\-party developers to keep the site accurate, well\-merchandised, and commercially optimised.

Essential

• Proven experience in a hands\-on ecommerce administration or ecommerce coordinator role.


• Strong working knowledge of Magento (Adobe Commerce) – day\-to\-day catalogue and CMS management.


• Understanding of SEO principles as they apply to ecommerce – metadata, URL structure, redirects, and content optimisation.


• Experience working with a product information management system or ERP (NetSuite experience advantageous).


• High attention to detail with the ability to manage a large and varied product catalogue accurately.


• Strong organisational and time\-management skills – able to prioritise and work to deadlines in a fast\-paced environment.


• Confident communicator able to work across buying, marketing, and technical teams.

• Familiarity with structured data, schema markup, and technical SEO basics.


• Experience with image editing tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Canva) for basic asset preparation.


• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar web analytics tools.


• Experience with promotional mechanics in Magento – cart price rules, catalogue price rules, coupon management.
