Duty Manager (Part\-Time)
Excellent opportunity for those looking to work in a fun, adrenaline packed atmosphere as a Manager at our Karting / Escape Game Over centre in Larbert (this role may require occasional cover shifts at our Newbridge centre so travel flexibility is required!)

Salary Band from £14\.00/hour.
Responsibilities include:
Overall responsibility and management of track and reception area ensuring a 5 star customer service, including the safety and enjoyment for customers during their visit to the activity.
Managing / Directing race events or practice sessions (including delivering safety briefings \& fitting helmets) and upselling our products to customers.
This role will involve marshalling on track / in the pit area during race events as required.
Ensuring centre is safe and clean.
Positive, polite and energetic interaction with customers.
Delivering various event safety briefing’s to various groups sizes and reading results for presentations.
Key skills:
Able to work in a fast paced customer facing environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to cope under pressure.
Using computers to assign customers / reading indemnity forms to ensure safety standards are met.
A good level of health \& fitness as role can be physically demanding. Full training will be given.
This role is based on working approx 10\-16hrs per week at both our Larbert and Newbridge Centres, so please ensure you have considered how you will travel to each centre before applying! The role will involve flexible shift patterns, generally weekday evenings and weekends.
The successful candidate is required to deliver excellent customer service, have a hands on approach, the ability to learn new skills, excellent communication skills and be a strong team player. Full training will be given.
