Duty Manager

We’re looking for a talented Duty Manager to join our team at The Railbridge Bar \& Bistro in South Queensferry. As a member of our management team, you’ll play a key role in shaping our guest experience and driving the success of our venue.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the venue.


• Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction through hands\-on leadership and team engagement.


• Maintain high standards in service, training, and operations while ensuring a hands\-on presence during peak hours.


• Lead marketing initiatives, boost social media engagement, and uphold the unique brand experience at each venue.


• Ensure operational compliance, manage costs effectively, and contribute to team development and recruitment.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous management experience in hospitality, preferably in high\-volume bars/restaurants.


• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.


• Passion for the food and drink industry, with attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.


• Proficiency and interest in social media platforms, and a keenness to drive engagement on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
