Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members to ensure high standards of guest service and operational efficiency.
- Manage guest relations, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operational procedures, including check\-in/check\-out processes, reservations, and room allocations.
- Assist in training and mentoring team members to uphold company policies and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as organisational policies.
- Handle escalated issues or emergencies with professionalism and composure.
- Support human resources functions such as scheduling, staff attendance monitoring, and performance evaluations.
- Promote a welcoming environment that reflects the organisation’s values and commitment to excellence.
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Experience in guest services, hospitality management, or related fields.
- Organisational skills with an aptitude for multitasking in a fast\-paced environment.
- Knowledge of human resources practices including staff training and development.
- Customer\-focused mindset with outstanding problem\-solving abilities.
