Duty Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishment. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members to ensure high standards of guest service and operational efficiency.


• Manage guest relations, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.


• Oversee daily operational procedures, including check\-in/check\-out processes, reservations, and room allocations.


• Assist in training and mentoring team members to uphold company policies and service standards.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as organisational policies.


• Handle escalated issues or emergencies with professionalism and composure.


• Support human resources functions such as scheduling, staff attendance monitoring, and performance evaluations.


• Promote a welcoming environment that reflects the organisation’s values and commitment to excellence.

• Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry.


• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.


• Excellent communication skills; fluency in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.


• Experience in guest services, hospitality management, or related fields.


• Organisational skills with an aptitude for multitasking in a fast\-paced environment.


• Knowledge of human resources practices including staff training and development.


• Customer\-focused mindset with outstanding problem\-solving abilities.

Pay: Up to £15\.00 per hour
