Duty Manager Job Description \& Responsibilities
\- Oversee and supervise the daily operations of all service areas, ensuring they are adequately staffed and managed.
\- Collaborate with our team to deliver an exceptional experience across all aspects of the hotel.
\- Provide assistance and support to each department as needed, ensuring outstanding customer service.
\- Exhibit strong leadership abilities and effectively multitask in a fast\-paced environment.
\- Manage all functions and events, ensuring they are set up according to customer specifications.
\- Consistently uphold quality and standards throughout the hotel.
\- Anticipate guests' needs and proactively manage their expectations.
\- Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
\- Maintain a keen attention to detail to guarantee an excellent guest experience.
\- Innovate and contribute ideas as part of the management team to enhance overall business performance.
\- Address guest queries in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
\- Train, manage, and motivate staff.
\- Control costs and minimize waste.
\- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
\- Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints.
