Duty Manager (Hotel)

B\+B Belgravia is a small boutique hotel with 26 bedrooms situated in the upbeat and popular area of Belgravia in Central London.

We are seeking a dynamic, customer focussed and experienced Hotel Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations and to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The Duty Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, managing staff, resolving guest issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate hotel operations during assigned shifts, particularly Housekeeping and Breakfast service to ensure an efficient, effective and smooth operation at all times

Be the hub of communication within the hotel ensuring that all maintaince issues are being attended to prior to guest arrival

Monitor and manage guest satisfaction by engaging with guests on arrival, departure or throughout their stay addressing any concerns and complaints

Be the liaision for the guest prior to arrival ensuring that all customer communication is attended to and memorable experiences are created

Maintain inventory levels and oversee procurement of supplies

Handle cash and billing procedures accurately and securely and assist with month end procedures/reports

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations

Act as the point of contact for emergencies and resolve any issues that may arise during shifts

Maximising revenue opportunities where possible by upselling in all areas of the hotel

Position is full\-time

The successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK as no sponsorship can be provided.

The role is a maternity cover role until ca. November 2027\.

Pay: From £27,352\.00 per year
