The Role

We are seeking a sharp, high energy, and safety conscious Duty Manager to help lead our club operations during trading hours. As the Duty Manager, you are the heartbeat of the venue when the doors open. You will oversee staff, coordinate with the security team, and handle guest relations on the fly.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest service standards are maintained at all times


• Lead and motivate staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive working environment


• Manage guest relations, addressing any issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction


• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management


• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and policies


• Assist in resolving operational challenges swiftly and efficiently during shifts


• Liaise with other departments to facilitate seamless service delivery


• Maintain accurate records of incidents, guest feedback, and operational reports

Requirements

• Proven management experience within the hospitality industry or similar environment


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively


• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering unforgettable experiences


• Knowledge of human resources practices and staff management


• Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment


• Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, \& holidays as required
