AG Hotels Group is seeking a seasoned and highly organized professional to join our team as Duty Manager at Crossway Hotel, Coventry, with excellent opportunities for future career progression for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the face of the hotel, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Lead and motivate the reception team to deliver outstanding service and uphold our standards.
- Oversee the check\-in and check\-out processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy and take on few reception shifts as per the business needs
- Resolve guest issues with tact and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
- Efficiently manage staff schedules to meet operational demands
- Conduct training sessions for the reception team, emphasizing service excellence and brand standards.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and address challenges promptly.
- Uphold high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Help in other departments when required
- Experience in a reception or front\-of\-house management role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem\-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, Rezlynx or similar)
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast\-paced environment.
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: £27,000\.00 per year
