Job Overview
Part time Duty bar manager required.

basic 25 hours per week.

Contract until November

£17 per hour, Paid weekly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the bar team, ensuring efficient and professional service at all times

  • Oversee daily bar operations, including stock control, ordering, and cleanliness standards

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including alcohol licensing laws

  • Provide exceptional guest service, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and courteously

  • Lead staff training programmes to promote product knowledge and excellent customer service skills

  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximise revenue and optimise operational efficiency

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the organisation’s standards of hospitality excellence

Requirements
  • Personal licence

  • Experience in this area

Pay: £17\.00 per hour
