The Role:
As a Talent Partner, you will play a crucial role in helping one of our clients based in the Netherlands scale, by delivering top candidates and building strong stakeholder relationships. We have a hybrid setup, with 3 days a week spent onsite to stay connected with the team.
What You Bring:
\- 3\+ years of experience hiring into Corporate Functions (Commercial, HR, Sales, Marketing etc).
\- Ability to create, improve and calibrate Sourcing Strategies.
\- Extensive senior stakeholder management skills.
\- Able to map your market, draw insights and create an actionable strategy for success.
\- Experienced in delivering results in a high\-volume and fast\-growing environment.
\- Able to utilise core metrics, the latest tools \& AI to identify process improvements.
\- Fluency in Dutch and English.
