Position Summary

Based at the World Trade Center in Barcelona, this role positions you as a strategic Google Ads consultant and key digital growth partner for businesses expanding throughout the Dutch market. Your day\-to\-day focus centers on strategic portfolio management—guaranteeing smooth client onboarding, boosting active product adoption, securing account retention, and uncovering lucrative expansion avenues for your client roster.

Primary Duties

• Strategic Onboarding: Lead new clients through a structured onboarding journey, discovering their strategic targets to craft tailored digital ad strategies.


• Stakeholder Outreach: Routinely connect with executive leaders to demonstrate campaign ROI, answer strategic queries, and present suitable ad solutions.


• Campaign Optimization: Construct, test, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns, tweaking bid mechanisms, ad creatives, and audience demographics.


• Analytics \& Reporting: Analyze key performance metrics to deliver clear, data\-driven optimization recommendations that maximize ROAS.


• Pipeline Management: Maintain high CRM standards by recording every client interaction, updating support cases, and tracking pipeline stages.


• Regional Feedback: Share direct market observations regarding Dutch consumer habits and corporate trends to enhance localized campaign templates.

• Language Skills: Fluent Dutch skills (C1/C2\) paired with fluent business English proficiency.


• Background: Background in client relationship management, B2B sales development, or digital advertising consulting utilizing CRM software.


• Cultural Context: Thorough understanding of Dutch commercial dynamics, cultural norms, and GDPR data compliance mandates.


• Core Strengths: Articulate communication capabilities, analytical ease with numbers and marketing metrics, and adeptness with modern web applications.
