Position Summary
Based at our Barcelona World Trade Center facility as a Google Ads consultant, you will step in as a key digital growth partner for expanding brands in the Dutch market. You will lead comprehensive portfolio management—delivering smooth client onboarding, encouraging feature adoption, sustaining account retention, and identifying ongoing expansion avenues to scale your clients' online presence.
Primary Duties
- Strategic Onboarding: Welcome newly acquired accounts, working alongside clients to uncover commercial goals and establish structured digital ad strategies.
- Stakeholder Outreach: Maintain active dialogue with executive decision\-makers to prove campaign impact and present valuable digital advertising features.
- Campaign Optimization: Create, manage, and continuously fine\-tune Google Ads campaigns, adjusting bidding strategies, ad copy, and targeted demographics.
- Analytics \& Reporting: Analyze performance metrics to deliver clear, actionable insights aimed at maximizing client ROAS and commercial returns.
- Pipeline Management: Keep client records, call logs, and pipeline milestones updated accurately within enterprise CRM applications.
- Regional Feedback: Feed valuable insights regarding Dutch market trends and corporate expectations back to internal planning groups.
- Language Skills: Fluent command of Dutch (C1/C2\) combined with fluent business English proficiency.
- Background: Experience managing B2B client relationships, sales pipelines, or digital consulting workflows via CRM software.
- Cultural Context: Sound understanding of Dutch commercial culture, market trends, and European data privacy regulation (GDPR).
- Core Strengths: Clear verbal and written skills, analytical fluency with marketing data, and proficiency with cloud productivity tools.
