<p><strong>What Your Day Will Look Like</strong></p>
<p>You will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Thrive in a role built to support a calm, high-performing practice, balancing patient experience, team well-being and commercial outcomes.</li>
<li>Lead day-to-day practice performance across people, patients & performance</li>
<li>Lead and develop the multidisciplinary team, setting clear expectations and ownership</li>
<li>Track and manage core KPIs, including utilisation, conversion, revenue and patient experience</li>
<li>Partner with Treatment Coordinators and clinicians to optimise the patient journey</li>
<li>Oversee diary management to balance productivity with a calm, high-quality experience</li>
<li>Maintain regulatory compliance and ongoing CQC readiness</li>
<li>Manage costs, stock and budgets in line with business targets</li>
<li>Own operational processes, spotting risks early and driving improvements</li>
<li>Resolve patient feedback and complaints with care, professionalism and pace</li>
<li>Support local growth through marketing activity and community engagement</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Essential</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of KPIs, performance management, and commercial targets</li>
<li>Strong understanding of practice level financials, including revenue drivers, cost control, and budget oversight</li>
<li>Confident, credible leadership style with the ability to motivate, challenge and develop others</li>
<li>Experience handling people matters including performance improvement, absence management, and team development</li>
<li>Organised, structured, and solutions focused, with consistent follow through</li>
<li>Patient-centred mindset with confidence managing concerns and complaints effectively</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Desirable</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Management qualification or relevant leadership development</li>
<li>Previous experience in a private dental or private healthcare setting</li>
<li>Experience improving treatment conversion and patient journey performance through process and coaching</li>
