Job Description / Requirements

This is for a Dual Role for both a Front of House assistant and Evening Receptionist. Applicants must be over 18 years old.

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our ever\-growing team at Lakeview Manor, as Front of House Team Member. The Front of House Team member will work under the Manager and work alongside them and the front of house team to achieve a high standard throughout.

Duties will include but not be limited to

  • Waiting tables, taking food and beverage orders from customers and serving, paying attention to details

  • Satisfying patron requests in a timely manner

  • Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons

  • Answering telephone calls

  • Taking payments

  • Reception duties\- emails etc

  • Cashing up and closing down at the end of the day

  • Checking guests into accommodation
Shift patterns will be breakfast (8am\-11am), evening (4pm\-finish), weekends and holiday cover.

We encourage our staff to take courses to develop their continual progress development throughout their time with the company.

The applicant must have their own driving license or a have a stable way of getting to and from work.

Pay: Up to £13\.25 per hour
