<p>BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Habilitation Technician /Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in and around York, Lancaster County and surrounding areas. BAYADA’s <strong>special needs</strong> caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disability to help them reach their full potential. We are <strong>PART-TIME</strong> and provide flexibility with scheduling through various shift locations and times throughout the homes and communities of clients near you. </p>
<p><strong>How You’ll Make an Impact:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Empowering independence</li>
<li>Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)</li>
<li>Provide clients with transportation on errands, appointments and community outings</li>
<li>Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities</li>
<li>Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation</li>
<li>Participate in community integration activities</li>

<p><strong>Compensation &amp; Schedule:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Pay: $17.50/hr. + based on experience </li>
<li>weekly pay schedule </li>
<li>Part-time Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts) </li>
<li>Short commute times (we try to match opportunities within 30 minutes near your home)</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications for Our Support Professionals:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities <em>(If you do not have this experience, training MAY available through our apprentice program)</em></li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent (18+)</li>
<li>Ability to provide clients with transportation to and from appointments, errands and community outings</li>
