Drivers Mate

We are currently looking for Driver’s Mates to join our busy team based at Maylands Avenue in Hemel Hempstead working Monday to Friday 5\.00 am – 2\.00 pm.

Job Description

· To assist the driver with deliveries

· Checking stock and orders

· Ensure cleanliness of vehicles on return

· Debrief and return keys

· Open shops and reset alarms

· Manual handling

· Any other duties required by the manager

· Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative

· Tactful and courteous

· Take pride in their work

· Ability to cope under pressure

· Reliable and trustworthy

· Good communication skills

Essential Job Requirements:

· Must be fit and healthy as the role involves manual handling (multi\-drop deliveries)

· Familiar with map reading
