Emerald Solar is expanding, and we're looking for experienced, motivated Door\-to\-Door Canvassers to join our growing team across Solihull and the surrounding areas. If you're confident knocking doors, enjoy speaking with homeowners, and know how to generate quality appointments, we'd like to hear from you. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced canvassers looking for consistent work, ongoing support, and an attractive commission structure with genuine opportunities to progress.

What You'll Be Doing

• Door\-to\-door canvassing in residential areas.


• Speaking with homeowners about the benefits of solar energy.


• Booking qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants.


• Accurately recording customer information.


• Representing Emerald Solar in a professional and positive manner.


• Working towards achievable weekly and monthly targets.

• A minimum of 2 years' door\-to\-door canvassing experience (solar industry experience preferred).


• Excellent communication and people skills.


• Confidence approaching homeowners.


• Self\-motivated with a strong work ethic.


• Reliable, punctual and professional.


• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).


• Ability to travel throughout Solihull and surrounding areas.

• Monthly onboarding retainer to support you as you get started.


• High, uncapped commission structure (full details discussed at interview).


• Regular payment schedule.
