The Role
Responsible for the domestic services function within hospital and community premises through the effective deployment of staff resources to ensure effective cleaning methods, the control of infection and the promotion of a safe and welcoming environment for patients, staff and visitors.
The working pattern for this post is: Mon \- Thurs 1530\-2000 Fri 1530\-1943
Please note this post is part time 22\.2hrs, salary is pro rata.
In this key role, you will:
- Undertake a full and comprehensive range of domestic duties in a working supervisor capacity.
- Allocation of duties and tasks to Domestic Staff ensuring all areas and departments are provided with the agreed level of service.
- Responsible for the purchase of cleaning materials and consumables ensuring budgetary awareness.
- Responsible for the appropriate stock handling/checks and suitable storage of chemicals in respect of Health \& Safety and C.O.S.H.H. regulations.

- Experience working as a domestic within a preferred Public Sector environment
- Basic IT Skills
- A driving licence is required, this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
