Domestic Gas Engineer

Wirral Gas is growing—and we’re looking for a Domestic Gas Engineer to join our team.

Includes:

• £35,000–£40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)


• KPI performance bonuses (up to £2,400 per year)


• Commission on engineer\-generated leads


• Annual Christmas bonus

HOURS

Monday–Friday
8:30am – 5:00pm (30\-minute lunch)
No weekend rota
28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

THE ROLE

You’ll be carrying out domestic boiler installations, servicing, repairs, and fault finding across the Wirral and surrounding areas.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is Gas Safe registered


• Has at least 3\-5 years’ domestic experience (post Gas Safe registration)


• Works to a high standard and takes pride in their workmanship


• Enjoys good customer service and representing the company professionally


• Wants to develop and progress within a growing business


• Full UK Driving License

Desirable Qualifications: Candidates will ideally hold both Natural Gas (NG) and LPG qualifications, together with a current Unvented certification.

Desirable Qualities: Candidates will ideally be motivated to develop their skills and progress their qualifications, be able to work autonomously, follow company processes and procedures, demonstrate excellent problem\-solving abilities, communicate professionally with customers, and consistently deliver work to a high standard.

TRAINING \& DEVELOPMENT

At Wirral Gas, we invest in our engineers. You’ll receive paid training, ongoing mentoring, and support to develop your technical skills and confidence as you learn the Wirral Gas way.

We carry out annual salary reviews, with pay progression based on skills, competency, performance, and overall contribution to the business.
