About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Domestic Boiler \& Gas Safety Engineer to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will have proven experience carrying out domestic boiler servicing, repairs, fault finding and gas safety checks. You will be confident working independently in customers' homes and delivering a professional, reliable service.

Key Responsibilities
- Servicing and maintaining domestic gas boilers
- Diagnosing and repairing boiler faults
- Carrying out gas safety checks and inspections
- Identifying and resolving heating and hot water issues
- Fault finding on central heating systems
- Carrying out boiler breakdowns and reactive repairs
- Testing and commissioning gas appliances
- Completing service records, job sheets and safety documentation accurately
- Advising customers on faults, repairs and general boiler operation
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintaining excellent customer service and professional standards
- Working in accordance with current Gas Safety Regulations and industry requirements
We are looking for someone who is:
- An experienced domestic gas engineer
- Gas Safe Registered
- Experienced in domestic boiler servicing and repairs
- Confident diagnosing faults and working independently
- Experienced with a range of domestic boiler manufacturers
- Professional, reliable and customer\-focused
- Able to communicate clearly with customers
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable completing paperwork and electronic job reports
- Able to work safely and efficiently in customers' homes
- In possession of a full UK driving licence
Essential:
- Current Gas Safe registration
- Relevant domestic gas qualifications, including CCN1
- Proven experience servicing and repairing domestic boilers
- Good knowledge of central heating and hot water systems
- Experience with boiler fault finding and diagnostics
- Full UK driving licence
- CENWAT
- HTR1
- CKR1
- Unvented hot water qualification
- Experience with a range of boiler manufacturers
- Experience with smart heating controls
- Experience with domestic heating system diagnostics and repairs
- Previous experience working in a customer\-facing engineering role
