Domestic Appliance Engineer

Job Summary
The Domestic Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of household appliances. This position requires a proactive individual who can lead, manage repairs, and maintain household / commercial appliance. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of electrical and mechanical knowledge. Gas safe certification would be ideal but not essential

We will provide full industry recognised training at City \& Guilds level

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning.


• Utilise mechanical and electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair domestic appliances.


• Read and interpret schematics for various systems, including electrical and basic plumbing.


• Ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently and safely.


• Develop a systematic approach to organising tasks and prioritising urgent repairs.


• Build and maintain relationships with service providers for specialised repairs.


• Follow company safety guide line

Skills

• Excellent problem\-solving skills with attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: £26,000\.00\-£39,000\.00 per year
