Domain Chapter Lead for the Risk & XVA Domain

Join the Risk \& XVA domain and become part of a team that delivers key risk solutions for Danske Bank’s Markets area. The solutions are used in daily risk management and are fundamental to key regulatory reporting.

The Risk \& XVA domain consists of three delivery squads and is, together with six other domains, part of the Markets Business Technology Tribe.

As a Domain Chapter Lead, you will join an international environment with highly skilled and motivated people who live and breathe for creating state\-of\-the\-art solutions for the capital markets business.

You will join at an exciting time, with major initiatives under way across the domain. We are replacing the existing calculation engine with a state\-of\-the\-art, award\-winning internally built engine. At the same time, we are migrating the systems to AWS. As the platform consolidation work progresses, we will be looking to add new analysis capabilities and increase the frequency to near real\-time calculations. This gives you the opportunity to help shape modern solutions in a domain where technology has direct business impact.

You will;

• Define and lead the Risk and XVA Domain‘ s Technology Strategy, in close collaboration with the domain architect.


• As Leader of Leaders, you will lead and mentor leaders and a small team of software engineers.


• Own the development and operation of multiple critical IT solutions.


• Drive the skill development of team members.


• Provide technical guidance to engineers and full\-stack developers, creating a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.


• Collaborate with wide group of stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver business value.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams across multiple locations.


• Solid industry experience in software engineering, including experience with advanced CI/CD set\-ups and cloud infrastructure.


• A proactive, self\-driven mindset, with the ability to perform both independently and as part of a team.


• Strong problem\-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex problems.
