KNOW THE ROLE

This is a 22\.5 hour per week specific purpose contract, covering mainly weekend hours to provide maternity leave cover across all departments in Arnotts.

The BTA Divisional Manager is fully accountable for delivering the profit plan and operational performance of their allocated departments. This is achieved through leading and inspiring teams to deliver excellence in sales, margin, payroll management, customer service, and retail standards. Acting as a role model for the Brown Thomas Arnotts People Values, the Divisional Manager drives efficiencies, develops best practices, and ensures operational synergies are delivered across departments. In the absence of the General Manager, this role leads the Department Management team to maintain high performance and deliver exceptional results.

KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Must be available Saturdays and Sundays

  • Proven track record in senior retail management within a luxury or fashion environment

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance data and drive KPIs

  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills to enhance individual and team performance

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities

  • Service\-orientated with resilience to deliver results under pressure

  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with the ability to simplify complex reporting

  • Innovative thinker with awareness of retail best practice and future trends

  • Passion for fashion and luxury retail, with a strong understanding of product planning
