Divisional Head of Finance

With four Divisional Heads of Finance already in post, this role represents the final opportunity to join this senior cohort, working within Corporate Services.
As a key member of the divisional management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high\-quality, patient\-focused services within available resources. You will provide expert financial leadership and strategic insight to support both operational and clinical decision\-making.
This role offers the opportunity to influence decision\-making at the highest level while contributing to the delivery of modern, patient\-centred services across Frimley Health.

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of financial strategy, policy, and performance management, while driving value\-for\-money initiatives across the Trust. Working across our hospital sites Wexham Park, Frimley Park, and Heatherwood you will provide strategic direction, professional expertise, and operational leadership to ensure strong financial governance and control.
You will champion continuous improvement, lead and develop a high\-performing team, and help shape financial strategies that support sustainable, high\-quality care.
