About the Role
------------------
We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing divisional marketing team. This role will play a key part in shaping and evolving brand identity across multiple channels, supporting the delivery of high\-impact marketing and communications.
You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to bring brand strategies to life through compelling visual design, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
This is a position that can be worked remotely, therefore we are open to candidates based either in Ireland or United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities

- Create high\-quality digital content including email campaigns, social media assets, and internal communications
- Develop and evolve brand identities across digital, print, and marketing channels
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver compelling visual storytelling
- Maintain and apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all outputs
- Design assets for campaigns, presentations, websites, and events
- Present design concepts and clearly articulate creative direction to stakeholders
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
- Balance creative innovation with commercial objectives and brand integrity

- Proven experience in a Graphic Designer role, ideally within a branding or creative environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity and multi\-channel design work
- Experience developing brand guidelines and design systems
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong typography, layout, and visual composition skills
- Ability to translate strategy into compelling visual design
- Experience with motion design or 3D tools (desirable)
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
