Ecolab is looking for a Division Manager to join its industry\-leading Pest Elimination team on a permanent contract, in Belgium.
Leveraging your expertise, you will help drive the continued success and growth of Ecolab Pest Elimination.
Job Requirements

- Responsible for providing leadership and insuring the Belgium Pest divisional results through the merchandising of sales and service programs in core segments including full service restaurants, hospitality, food and beverage, healthcare, quick service, food retail, and any new additional service programs, for the assigned geography.
- Provides leadership and development to sales and operations representatives to maximize their potential and to help the division accomplish its overall annual sales goals, driving retention of existing customers, net sales growth and the generation of new business within the division.
- Accountable for maintaining customer and cross divisional relationships, manages a team of sales representatives and service positions.

- Degree and 10\+ years combination selling and service / sales management experience.
- Languages: French, Flamisch, English.
- Additional scope criteria based on division and region guidelines may be followed.
