<p><span data-contrast="none">The District Manager for Alo's Italy & growing Southern Europe region is responsible for leading, managing and continuously developing all aspects of the designated region of business. This includes but is not limited to employee relations, operations, inventory compliance, client retention, sales and service, development of store leadership teams, managing store budgets and profitability. </span><span data-contrast="none">This person is responsible for budgets, setting financial goals and working closely with HQ business partners to accomplish business objectives and exceed goals. </span><span data-contrast="none">They are accountable for creating and maintaining a positive and highly productive work environment in alignment with the company’s vision and ensuring that all stores are consistently achieving sales and profitability goals, operational objectives, merchandising standards and developing highly successful teams that will be motivated to grow, contribute, and advance with Alo. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":276}"> </span></p>
