A logistics group with the charm of a family\-owned company spanning several generations is looking to strengthen its team in Dorsten by hiring a Dispatcher (m/f/d) with the opportunity to grow into a Team Lead position on a full\-time basis.

We are looking for someone with initial experience in dispatching, ideally already having taken on responsibility as a Deputy Team Lead. You work in a structured manner, think solution\-oriented, and are used to making decisions that lead to the best possible outcome for both customers and the company. Good German and English communication skills, both written and spoken, are important so you can communicate confidently with customers, drivers, and colleagues. Additional language skills are highly welcome.

What can you expect?

In your daily work, you will coordinate the dispatching of our own fleet as well as fixed transport capacities. You will ensure optimal vehicle utilization, plan transports in compliance with all legal regulations, and monitor drivers’ driving and rest times. In addition, you will handle the buying and selling of transport services, including price negotiations, and ensure accurate and complete order entry.

As a future Team Lead, you will actively support the team in day\-to\-day operations. You will ensure that by the end of the day all transports are properly scheduled and customers have received the necessary updates. In this role, you will act as the central interface between customer requirements, drivers, and our transport capacities.
