What awaits you:
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with customer and company objectives
- Drive the quotation process, ensuring high\-quality preparation and effective offer tracking
- Identify and capture market opportunities in line with Kautex growth and financial targets
- Win new business and manage/strengthen relationships with assigned customers
- Lead price and contract negotiations for both new and ongoing production business
- Ensure optimal contract terms (e.g., pricing, costs, warranties, patents) in compliance with Textron guidelines
- Maintain strong financial oversight, including AOP planning and commercial tracking
- Act as customer ambassador, manage escalations, and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and quality standards
- University degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- 10\+ years of experience in the international automotive industry
- Strong business fluency in English and German
- Proven ability to work effectively across cultures and global teams
- In\-depth knowledge of customers, markets, competitors, and commercial processes
- Demonstrated experience in leading sales teams with direct reports
- Affinity for AI and digital topics, with the ability to manage ambiguity
- Strong leadership capabilities, including driving results, strategic thinking, talent development, and interpersonal effectiveness
