In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling a global Rider Safety business, driving commercial growth, shaping the product portfolio, developing strategic partnerships and turning innovative safety solutions into a successful global business. You will lead the journey from early market traction to a validated and scalable business with global impact.
You will:
- Lead and grow Autoliv's global Rider Safety business
- Define and execute the global go\-to\-market strategy
- Develop strategic partnerships with OEMs, safety technology companies, apparel brands, distributors, retailers and other key ecosystem partners
- Build a strong international customer pipeline and accelerate commercial growth
- Shape the future Rider Safety portfolio, from rider\-worn protection to motorcycle\-mounted safety systems and connected safety solutions
- Lead a global cross\-functional team and create a high\-performance, entrepreneurial culture
- Drive business validation, profitability, and readiness for global scale
