Director, Operations (Healthcare/Pharmacy)
<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>
<p><strong>This role is a leadership role overseeing 3 hospital partnerships in the New York City region. You will have ownership of the P&L, own strategic growth initiatives, client relationships with leadership at the client site as well as people leadership over a large team. The role is hybrid onsite 2-3x a week in the Bronx or Manhattan offices. </strong></p>

<p><strong>About the Role -</strong> We’re seeking a high-impact Director of Operations to lead and scale specialty pharmacy programs within leading health system partners. This is a P&L-owning, operator role at the intersection of healthcare delivery, strategy, and growth—ideal for candidates with consulting, private equity, or investment banking backgrounds who want to drive tangible outcomes.</p>
<p>You will serve as the strategic and operational leader across partner sites—owning performance, developing growth initiatives, and ensuring best-in-class patient care across complex clinical environments.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Own</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Full P&L ownership across assigned health system partnerships</li>
<li>Lead day-to-day operations, including oversight of in-clinic pharmacy liaison teams across multiple specialties (e.g., oncology, rheumatology, transplant)</li>
<li>Drive strategic growth initiatives—identify opportunities, build business cases, and execute in partnership with health system leadership</li>
<li>Act as a trusted advisor to hospital executives, influencing decisions at the VP level and above</li>
<li>Ensure delivery of exceptional patient outcomes, access, and satisfaction across the specialty pharmacy continuum</li>
<li>Build and execute account plans to expand and optimize partner performance</li>
<li>Lead cross-functional collaboration across clinical, pharmacy, and corporate teams to improve workflows and outcomes</li>

<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>

<li>7+ years of experience, ideally in consulting, private equity, investment banking, or healthcare operations</li>
<li>Proven ability to own outcomes in complex, fast-paced environments</li>
<li>Strong track record of leading teams and driving performance against financial and operational KPIs</li>
<li>Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience building business cases and influencing senior stakeholders</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable rolling up your sleeves and executing</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences</li>

<p><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW228512352 BCX0">An employee in this position can <strong>expect a salary rate between $170,000</strong></span><strong><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW228512352 BCX0"> and $190,000</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW228512352 BCX0"> plus bonus </span></strong><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW228512352 BCX0">pursuant to</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW228512352 BCX0"> the terms of any bonus plan if applicable.
