As the Director of Stores in the London region, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our store management strategy and driving excellence across our locations.

What you’ll be doing

You will be responsible for elevating our store operations to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. You will lead a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Your strategic vision will guide the development of our stores, ensuring they not only meet but exceed customer expectations. You will have the autonomy to implement change, drive progress, and make a tangible difference in our communities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire store management teams to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.


• Develop and execute strategic initiatives that enhance store performance and drive sales growth.


• Foster a culture of inclusion and teamwork, ensuring every team member feels valued and empowered.


• Analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.


• Collaborate with senior leadership to align store strategies with overall business objectives.

• Proven experience in a senior management role (preferably Director Level), with a track record of driving performance in a multi\-site environment.


• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high\-performing teams.


• Exceptional analytical and problem\-solving abilities, with a focus on data\-driven decision\-making.


• Experience in managing change and navigating ambiguity in a fast\-paced retail environment.


• A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.


• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience in implementing innovative retail strategies that enhance customer engagement.


• A background in change management, with a focus on continuous improvement.
