Director of Rooms (Pre\-Opening Luxury Hotel \| Seville)

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Rooms to lead the entire Rooms Division of a landmark luxury hotel opening in Seville, part of the The Luxury Collection portfolio.

This is a pre\-opening leadership role with full responsibility for shaping the guest journey across Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Experience, Concierge, and Butler services (where applicable). You will not be inheriting an operation—you will be designing it, structuring it, and bringing it to life.

We are looking for a leader who understands that in luxury hospitality, Rooms is not an operational function—it is the core of the guest experience.

Tareas

The Role

You will define and lead the full Rooms Division strategy, ensuring flawless execution of service standards from arrival to departure.

Working closely with the General Manager and the wider leadership team, you will build the operating model, recruit and develop teams, establish SOPs, and ensure the hotel delivers a consistently exceptional and highly personalised guest experience.

This role requires both strategic oversight and strong operational presence—someone who is as comfortable designing service standards as they are walking the floor during peak occupancy.

Requisitos

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience as Director of Rooms, Director of Operations, or senior Rooms Division leadership in luxury or upper\-upscale hotels

Strong background in pre\-opening or major repositioning projects \*

Deep expertise across Front Office and Housekeeping operations, with exposure to luxury guest service standards

Strong leadership capability in building and developing high\-performing teams

Solid understanding of service design, SOP creation, and operational excellence frameworks

Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the impact of Rooms on overall hotel performance

High emotional intelligence and a guest\-centric mindset with uncompromising attention to detail
