Director of Revenue Management (Pre\-Opening Luxury Hotel \| Seville)

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially driven Director of Revenue Management to lead the revenue strategy of an upcoming landmark luxury hotel in Seville, part of the The Luxury Collection portfolio.

This is a pre\-opening leadership role where you will not inherit a system—you will build it. From scratch. With full ownership of pricing architecture, distribution strategy, forecasting models, and commercial performance framework.

We are seeking someone who combines strategic thinking with operational rigor, and who is equally comfortable deep in data as they are influencing senior stakeholders.

The Role

You will define and execute the full revenue strategy for the hotel, ensuring optimal positioning across all segments and channels: transient, groups, MICE, and luxury leisure.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and the General Manager, you will be responsible for building a high\-performance commercial engine that maximises RevPAR while protecting brand integrity.

This is a role for someone who understands that in luxury hospitality, revenue is not just about optimisation—it is about precision, timing, and positioning.

Requisitos

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience as Director of Revenue Management or senior RM leadership in luxury or upper\-upscale hotels \*

Strong background in pre\-opening or repositioning projects is highly desirable

Deep expertise in pricing strategy, forecasting, and distribution/channel management \*

Strong command of revenue systems (PMS, RMS, BI tools) and data\-driven decision making

Solid understanding of group \& MICE strategy, especially in destination luxury markets

Ability to translate data into clear commercial actions and influence senior leadership

A structured, disciplined mindset with a high level of commercial curiosity
