Accountabilities:

The Director of Marketing is responsible for building scalable growth systems, driving demand generation, and aligning marketing strategy with revenue outcomes across the full funnel.

  • Own and scale customer acquisition across paid, organic, lifecycle, partnership, and product-led channels

  • Develop and execute a data-driven growth strategy focused on pipeline generation and revenue expansion

  • Build repeatable systems to improve conversion across the full funnel from visitor to paying customer

  • Lead demand generation initiatives and optimize performance marketing programs across key channels

  • Define and implement experimentation frameworks to continuously improve marketing effectiveness

  • Improve attribution, reporting, and analytics systems to connect marketing activity to revenue impact

  • Collaborate with Product teams to enhance onboarding, activation, retention, and product-led growth initiatives

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align messaging, improve conversion rates, and support revenue goals

  • Strengthen product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market narratives in a competitive SaaS landscape

  • Lead and mentor a lean marketing team, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution

Requirements
This role requires strong B2B SaaS marketing expertise, deep analytical capability, and a proven ability to drive measurable growth outcomes in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven experience in growth marketing or demand generation within B2B SaaS organizations

  • Strong track record of owning key performance metrics such as pipeline, CAC, conversion rates, or revenue growth

  • Expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and conversion rate optimization

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in funnel analysis, attribution, and experimentation frameworks

  • Experience working in product-led growth environments and improving product adoption metrics

  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable growth strategies and experiments

  • Strong collaboration skills with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams

  • Experience mentoring or leading marketing teams in lean, high-growth environments

  • Hands-on execution mindset with the ability to operate effectively in resource-constrained settings

  • Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market strategies, ideally in AI, productivity, or workflow tools
