Duties

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financial planning, including long\-term strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.


• Oversee the preparation of detailed financial reports, including profit \& loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).


• Conduct in\-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.


• Manage corporate accounting functions such as cost accounting, regulatory reporting (including SOX compliance), and technical accounting standards.


• Interpret complex financial statements and reports to provide actionable insights for executive leadership on profit margins, pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and risk management.


• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams on strategic initiatives involving pricing models, sales forecasts, investment analysis, and organizational growth plans.


• Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of accuracy in financial report writing.


• Utilize advanced financial software tools to streamline reporting processes and improve data analysis capabilities.


• Support audit processes by providing detailed account analysis and documentation for internal and external auditors.

• Proven experience in senior financial roles such as Finance Director or VP of Finance with a focus on FP\&A (Financial Planning \& Analysis).


• Extensive knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, SOX compliance, corporate accounting principles, and regulatory reporting standards.


• Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting techniques, budgeting methodologies, and profit \& loss management.


• Demonstrated expertise in technical accounting areas such as cost accounting, corporate finance strategies, and investment evaluation.


• Experience working with financial software systems such as ERP platforms or specialized FP\&A tools.


• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
