We are looking for an exceptional candidate to lead on all aspects of finance and operations at Tranby; a well\-established, successful, all\-through, co\-educational independent day school. Tranby provides an excellent academic and extra\-curricular education for children aged 2\-19\.

Tranby is an outstanding local school attracting pupils from across Hull, The East Riding and beyond. Through its predecessor schools, it has educated generations of local families and is today the first choice both for them and newer arrivals to the area.

As Director of Finance and Operations, you will contribute directly to our mission to bring out “the best in everyone” through outstanding leadership of those areas and the teams that deliver them. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional financial and operational acumen, the ability to think creatively and drive innovation, and the ability to harness the support of the school communities as an inspiring, visionary leader.
