What will I be doing?

• Lead, motivate and develop your team while fostering a positive and performance\-driven working environment.


• Communicate clear objectives, conduct regular performance and development discussions, and support the professional growth of team members.


• Plan and coordinate training programs and ensure the successful onboarding of new employees.


• Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with customers, event organizers and business partners.


• Proactively manage inquiries with a sales\-focused approach and convert opportunities into confirmed bookings.


• Organize, coordinate and oversee events, ensuring seamless execution from planning through to post\-event follow\-up.


• Ensure compliance with all Hilton brand standards, company policies and relevant legal requirements.


• Manage administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, vacation planning, reporting and maintaining relevant systems and databases.


• Analyze performance metrics, support forecasting and budgeting processes, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and business growth.


• Maintain the highest standards of quality, service and safety while driving continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
