About Nteractive

At Nteractive, we design and deliver world\-class experiential, event, and conference solutions that connect brands with people in powerful, meaningful ways.

We partner with some of the world’s most influential organizations to create large\-scale, high\-impact global programs — from flagship conferences and destination events to complex, multi\-market activations. Our work blends strategy, creativity, technology, and flawless delivery to produce experiences that truly move audiences.

Our success is built on our people. We are a collaborative, ambitious, and values\-driven agency that invests in talent, encourages innovation, and empowers our teams to take ownership and make a real difference. We believe in long\-term partnerships, exceptional client service, and continuously raising the bar in everything we do.

We are looking for an ambitious, strategic and commercially minded leader to join us as Director, Attendee Excellence \& Event Technology.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who wants to help shape the future of event technology, attendee experience, digital engagement, data, automation and operational excellence across some of our most important client programmes.

Working closely with our Global Head of Attendee Excellence \& Event Technology, you’ll play a critical role in strengthening one of Nteractive’s key growth areas — supporting the continued evolution of our flagship signature programmes, largest global accounts and strategic enterprise clients.

What you'll be doing

You’ll lead the strategy, modernization and operational effectiveness of Attendee Excellence \& Event Technology across our top\-tier client portfolio.

Your remit will include:

  • Developing the vision, strategy and growth roadmap for Digital Services across Signature accounts

  • Driving innovation across attendee experience, event technology and digital engagement

  • Improving operational excellence across registration, housing, websites and attendee communications

  • Identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, data and emerging technologies

  • Supporting strategic client growth, cross\-selling and new business opportunities

  • Partnering with Growth and Senior Leadership to develop scalable, commercially valuable service offerings

  • Acting as a strategic leader and trusted advisor to major clients and internal stakeholders

  • Improving consistency, efficiency and scalability across complex global programmes

  • Building scalable operating models that support continued agency growth

  • Championing Nteractive’s Client\-Led Delivery approach across specialist teams

  • Connecting Client Services, Project Leadership, Creative Studio and Digital Services into one client\-focused organization

  • Building strong operational metrics and a culture of continuous improvement

  • Leading, coaching and developing high\-performing teams across regions
You’ll also work closely with colleagues across North America, EMEA and APAC, contributing to selected global programmes and strategic initiatives.

What you will bring

We’re looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking, commercial acumen and operational excellence.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Significant leadership experience in Digital Services, Event Technology, Attendee Experience, Customer Experience, Consulting or Agency Operations

  • Experience delivering and scaling complex enterprise programmes for global clients

  • Strong understanding of attendee ecosystems — including registration, housing, websites, communications, data and digital engagement

  • A track record of leading transformation, modernization or operational improvement

  • Experience building and developing high\-performing, geographically distributed teams

  • Strong commercial awareness across growth planning, resource management and profitability

  • Experience supporting business development, proposals and strategic client growth

  • Understanding of AI, automation and emerging technologies

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills

  • A genuine passion for innovation, continuous improvement and client excellence

The kind of leader you are

You’re commercially minded and strategically curious. You can simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives, influence senior stakeholders and challenge conventional thinking when there’s a better way forward.

You’re collaborative, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities across complex global programmes.

Most importantly, you think beyond your own function. You balance client outcomes, employee experience and commercial performance, build exceptional teams through coaching and accountability, and operate as an owner of the business.

Why Nteractive?

This is an opportunity to help define the future of Attendee Excellence \& Event Technology within a globally recognized experience agency.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape how technology, data, attendee experience and operational excellence come together to create exceptional client outcomes — while building a career with significant leadership and growth potential.

If you’re excited by the opportunity to build, scale and transform — and want to help shape what’s next for event technology and attendee experience — we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now and help us create the next generation of exceptional event experiences.
