About the role:

This is a unique mandate for anexperienced data center transactions, origination, advisory, leasing, orclient\-facing digital infrastructure professional who combines deep marketknowledge with a proven ability to originate relationships, advise occupiersand execute complex transactions. Successful candidate will have the opportunityto shape one of the fastest\-growing sectors within real estate andinfrastructure within CBRE's entrepreneurial environment with strong growthambitions and market visibility and to help expand CBRE´s Data Center Solutionsexisting platform across Spain and support future growth in Portugal.

You will work at the intersectionof data centers, digital infrastructure, real estate, compute demand andcapital markets, advising corporate occupiers on their digital infrastructurerequirements while connecting them with data center operators, hyperscalers,investors, and emerging cloud providers.

While a strong understanding ofdata center infrastructure, power, capacity and technical requirements isessential, the focus of this position is on commercial growth, client advisory,market intelligence and transaction execution. The position is not orientedtowards data center design engineers, project managers, or technical deliveryspecialists. However, successful candidates should possess sufficient technicalunderstanding to confidently discuss as the ability to bridge commercial andtechnical discussions is critical.

What You’ll Do:

Business Development \&Origination Build and develop relationships with enterprise occupiers, technology companies, digital platforms, AI\-driven businesses, regulated industries, hyperscalers, operators, and investors. Originate new advisory, tenant representation, leasing, and transaction mandates. Identify future computing, cloud, colocation, and capacity requirements of corporate clients. Develop a strong network across the Spanish data center and digital infrastructure ecosystem. Contribute to the long\-term expansion of the platform across Iberia.

Transaction Execution Lead clients transaction mandates from origination through to completion. Advise clients on sourcing and securing data center capacity, powered shell, operating facilities, and development opportunities. Coordinate commercial negotiations between occupiers, operators, developers, investors, and cloud providers. Prepare financial analyses, business cases, investment memoranda, and transaction recommendations. Manage stakeholders throughout the entire deal lifecycle, including legal, technical, financial, and operational advisors.

Strategic Advisory Advise corporate occupiers on digital infrastructure strategies and future computing requirements. Support clients in evaluating colocation, cloud, hybrid, hyperscale, and dedicated infrastructure solutions. Deliver strategic reports, market assessments, scenario analyses, and investment recommendations. Translate business requirements into actionable infrastructure strategies in collaboration with technical specialists.

Market Intelligence Maintain an in\-depth understanding of: Data center supply and demand dynamics Capacity availability and pricing trends Power availability and energy considerations AI and high\-density compute requirements Operator, investor, and capital market activity Provide market intelligence to clients and internal stakeholders. Identify emerging opportunities across Spain and Portugal.

What You’ll Need:

Essential Experience 7\+ years of experience within Data Centers, Digital Infrastructure, Occupier Representation, Data Center Leasing, Tenant Representation, Capital Markets, Investment Advisory, Infrastructure Advisory, Real Estate Advisory focused on Digital Infrastructure Demonstrated success in commercial growth, client origination and transaction execution. Established network across the data center, cloud, developer, investor, occupier or digital infrastructure community. Strong understanding of the commercial drivers behind data center demand and deployment strategies. Experience engaging with C\-suite executives and senior decision makers. Fluent Spanish and English required.
