This role is perfect for someone with door-to-door, private-site, event, or field-based sales experience who loves speaking to people, thrives on hitting targets, and enjoys a fast-moving, face-to-face environment.
You will be representing the brand at pre-approved private sites, events, business parks and partner venues, engaging with potential customers, delivering a compelling pitch and driving new customer acquisition.
Key Duties: • Face-to-face customer engagement, approaching and engaging potential customers at private sites, events and partner locations.
- Delivering a high-impact sales pitch, communicating the offering clearly, confidently and persuasively.
- Handling objections, responding to questions and concerns on the spot and adapting your approach to each individual.
- Driving conversions, turning conversations into sign-ups, sales or appointments.
- Meeting daily and weekly KPIs, maintaining strong activity levels and consistently hitting performance targets.
- Representing the brand, maintaining professionalism, energy and positively at all times.
- Reporting insights and sharing feedback from the field to help improve messaging, targeting and site selection.
