As our commercial team continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Direct Sales Executive to help drive our next stage of success.
The Role
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
You'll represent one of Dublin's most trusted radio brands, helping businesses grow by connecting them with one of Dublin's most loyal radio audiences. through creative advertising, sponsorship and promotional campaigns that deliver real results.
As a Direct Sales Executive, you will
- Identify and win new advertising clients across Dublin, Ireland and selected international markets.
- Develop creative advertising, sponsorship and promotional campaigns that deliver results.
- Build long\-term partnerships with local and national businesses.
- Work alongside our programming and creative teams to deliver outstanding campaigns.
- Represent Sunshine 106\.8 at client meetings, networking events and industry functions.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm.
- A minimum of 2 years sales experience.
- Full clean driving licence and access to a car.
- Proven track record in direct sales (media, radio, digital, or B2B preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional appearance appropriate for client meetings.
- A self starter who thrives in a target driven environment.
- Positive, resilient, and client focused.
- Competitive basic salary (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission with one of the most rewarding commission structures in Irish radio
- Our uncapped commission structure rewards success. For example, monthly billings of €30,000 generate approximately €3,500 in commission.
